Der Film erzählt von der Arbeit der damals 89jährigen Tänzerin Trudi Schoop mit Lang­zeit­pa­ti­enten einer Psych­ia­trie. Drei Wochen lang teilt sie deren Welt und ermutigt sie, ihre Gefühle und Eigen-Arten in Bewegung umzu­setzen: Eine Welt desw Zeigens und Verste­ckens, der Komik und der Trauer.

The film shows the work of the 89 years old dancer Trudi Schoop with long term patients of a psych­iatric clinic. She shares their world for three weeks and encou­rages them to express their emotions and their pecu­li­a­rity in mouve­ments: A world of hiding and turning out appears, a world of laughter and sadness.
